FMEA's - Engineers, Manufacturing Management,
and Associates are trained to perform Failure Mode
and Effects Analysis. This is
an early warning technique that provides process engineering with
a methodical way of studying the causes and effects of failures
so design improvements can be made. A product or process is examined
for every way that it can fail. Seriousness and frequency are components
of the equation.
Team Problem Solving - Our Associates have been
trained in the concepts of Team Problem Solving. Six Sigma teams
have been established in every manufacturing cell as well as every
department work center.
DOE's --- Engineers, designers, and laboratory
personnel have been trained in the proper way to design an experiment.
The technique is to ensure that multi-variable experiments are
conducted properly and with the utmost efficiency.
Quality
Workshops
Quality workshops have been used to train associates and staff
on quality theories, production initiatives, continuous improvement,
leadership and supervision skills, learn manufacturing techniques,
push versus pull production, design, techniques, associate involvement

Quality Workshops are: Cleanliness, Tidiness, Orderliness, Safety,
Planning, Time Management, and Basics of Refrigeration.
